The journey didn’t stop here but another fun filled excitement was awaiting the students as
they were welcomed warmly at the CANDY LAND FACTORY where they visited different production and packaging departments. Here they observed how different machines are used for shaping, cutting, mixing and error detecting.
They observed the effect of temperature on the candies in moulding and packaging.
They recognized the importance of team work, hygiene and the time management.
This time the excitement was manifold as they were continuously being given jellies, candies and chocolates to taste. Students observed different physical changes happening to the chemically prepared doughs to produce a variety of yummy confectioneries. Once again the students were served with chilled juices and goody bags to carry home!
