It was a bright sunny day on 27th October 2018 when The Annual Science Fair was held at MSB Educational Institute – Haidery.
As you enter the school you could feel the warmth of the experiments and hypothesis made by young scientific minds in the air. The ambiance could justify that all their theories resulted in a success which was evident on the faces of our young scientists as well.
Their confidence and knowledge was highly appreciated by the judges as they demonstrate their work before them.
All the participants from Grades 5 to 9 we’re invigorated and excited to present their working projects on their respective stations placed in courtyard, Dua hall and first floor.
There were some exceptional and extra ordinary projects which were far higher than their level such as Robotics Arm, Hot air balloon, Catapult, Black Holes theory. But children showed a great command over their subject and proved a great deal of hard work of research.
The relentless work and efforts put in every project was enough to awe the judges and audience but the way they relate their work with the quranic Teachings left no option for them to get inspired and appreciate our students.
This sciexciting day was inaugurated by Janab Shabbir BS and was also witnessed by dignitaries invited from renowned schools and institutes.
It was concluded with a Prize Distribution Ceremony hosted by students of Grade 10. Chairman Agha Khan Examination Board Dr Shehzad Jeeva and Engineer Ghulam Abbas Cyclewala attended the ceremony as chief guests.
The provided our students with their valuable feedback which will help them in further development. The event proved to be a platform for our students to amplify and express their creativity and gain confidence to progress and compete with this fast pacing world.
A token of appreciation for all the science teachers was presented and also for the Robotics Team without whom this herculean task of organizing this fair would never have been possible.
